Liberogic (hereinafter "the Company") conducts website planning, design, development, and operations services. We recognize that the protection of personal information and my number data of our customers, business partners, and employees is a serious responsibility. Based on our personal information protection principles and self-imposed code of conduct, we fully recognize our social mission and will comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of individuals' rights and personal information.
Furthermore, we establish a personal information protection management system to put the following policy into practice, and hereby declare that the entire organization will continuously improve this system while remaining constantly aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and shifts in the business environment.

  1. The Company appropriately acquires, uses, and provides personal information, and does not handle personal information beyond what is necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use. We will take appropriate measures to ensure this.
  2. The Company complies with laws, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information.
  3. The Company implements reasonable security measures against risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information by allocating management resources suited to our business operations, and continuously strengthens our personal information security system. In the event of any incident, we will promptly take corrective measures.
  4. The Company responds promptly and sincerely to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information.
  5. Our personal information protection management system is reviewed in a timely and appropriate manner based on changes and circumstances surrounding the Company, and we will continuously make improvements.

  6. Safeguarding measures implemented for the security of personal information

    When handling personal information, we implement security measures from four perspectives: organizational, personnel, physical, and technical. As a framework for securely managing personal information, we use cloud services provided by Google (such as Google Workspace). This service is equipped with robust infrastructure based on international security standards, and we maintain appropriate operations by understanding Google's security policies and changes in the external environment.

Procedures for Disclosure of Held Personal Data

Regarding held personal data, you may request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension or deletion of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of third-party provision records.
We will respond to requests for disclosure and related matters of personal information according to the following procedure.

    2. Method of verifying that the person making the disclosure request is the principal or an authorized representative
      1. Verification that the person making the disclosure request is the principal will be confirmed by the grievance consultation desk manager through documents that verify the identity of the principal as set forth below.
      2. Confirmation that the person making a request for disclosure is acting as a representative shall be verified by the person responsible for our complaint and consultation desk based on: (i) a document confirming the identity of the principal making the request for disclosure; (ii) documents proving the relationship between the disclosure recipient and the representative, and a document confirming the identity of the representative themselves, which shall be provided separately depending on whether the representative is a voluntary representative, a statutory representative (minor guardian, adult guardian, or parental authority holder).
      3. Documents confirming the identity of the principal and the representative shall be copies of official identity documents with photographs issued by public institutions, as illustrated below.

        4. Residence Card or Certificate of Permanent Residence
      4. Documents proving the relationship between the disclosure recipient and the representative are as follows:
        1. For a voluntary representative: A power of attorney stating the intent to delegate authority to receive the results of disclosure
        2. For a minor guardian: A certified copy of the family register or registered matters certificate (both issued within 6 months)
        3. For an adult guardian: A registered matters certificate (issued within 6 months)
        4. If you are a parent or guardian: certified copy of family register or resident card (both issued within 6 months)
  2. Fees for Requests for Disclosure and Methods of Collection

    We charge the following fee (including postage billed separately) per request only for notifications or disclosures of purposes of use. Please enclose a postal money order for the amount listed below with your request documents at the time of mailing.

  3. Review Results Notification

    Following our internal review, we will notify you of the results without delay using the method described below. Responses to disclosure requests (including disclosure of records of third-party provision) will be provided using your preferred method. However, if that method is not feasible, we will explain the reason and provide the response by certified mail. Please note that notifications regarding the purpose of use, corrections, additions, deletions, suspension or deletion of use, and cessation of third-party provision will be provided by telephone or email.
