About Tactiq
If you have ever attended a meeting, you have probably had to take minutes.
Meeting minutes are useful in a variety of situations, such as taking notes to review meeting content later or sharing information with members who were unable to attend. Simple minutes make it difficult to accurately grasp the content of a meeting, so a certain level of detail is required. However, it's impossible to transcribe every word of a meeting's content. Creating meeting minutes requires a lot of time and effort, as you have to record key points during the meeting and then format them afterward.
At Liberogic, we have introduced "Tactiq" to reduce the burden of creating minutes and ensure more accurate records.
About Tactiq
Tactiq is a transcription tool powered by OpenAI.
It is available as a Chrome extension and can be easily installed from the Chrome web store.
It supports major conferencing tools such as Google Meet, Micro Teams, Zoom, and Webex, and transcribes meeting conversations directly into text.

*The transcript has been blurred as it contains confidential and personal information.
You can export minutes in PDF or TXT format, making it easy to share them. Although you will need to configure it separately, you can also specify Google Drive or Notion as the export destination.
The AI summary function summarizes the contents of long meetings, assigns tasks that arise during the meeting to the people in charge, and even corrects typos to a certain extent by reading the context.

On the list screen, minutes are displayed in order of the meeting date, but if you have multiple projects, it can be difficult to find the minutes you're looking for. In such cases, we recommend using the Space function, which allows you to manage minutes by project.

Impressions after using it
The transcription accuracy is higher than I expected, and coupled with the AI summarization function, I think Tactiq alone is sufficient for creating simple meeting minutes. The transcription accuracy may drop slightly in situations where speech is unclear, the conversation tempo is fast, or conversations overlap, so rather than leaving it entirely to the tool, it may be best to take notes yourself and have Tactiq complete the main points, such as how the conclusion was reached. When I first introduced it, I didn't have high expectations, thinking, "The accuracy won't be that high, wouldn't it be faster to take the minutes myself?" But now it has become an indispensable tool.
Although I've introduced the summary function, to be honest, I haven't been able to make good use of it yet. I know it will shorten the work time, but I have a strange obsession with recording every word of the process leading up to the conclusion in the minutes, so I haven't been able to get along with it very well... I think it's just that it's not compatible with the way minutes are compiled, so I'd like to improve the format in a way that is closer to Tactiq, and shorten the creation time even a little.
Currently, only a limited number of functions are available, but the connection settings screen shows many tools that are likely to be supported in the future. I'm looking forward to future developments.
