This story happened more than two years ago, but we'd like to take this opportunity to share our construction schedule management tool with you. (And we've also just updated our website!)

Its name is "Libero Grandpa👴」

We develop and operate our own system by making full use of APIs for the communication tools we use.
*I don't remember if it was a simplistic idea to call it Libero Grandpa because it was Liberogic.

First of all, there are a ton of well-made applications for attendance management and man-hour management. It's a red ocean. Among them, there is a comprehensive labor management application called "SmartHR"I really recommend this.
It has nothing to do with our company, and it is not because this is the new company of a client who has helped us.
SmartHR is truly amazing. If you have 30 or fewer employees, you can use almost all of the features for almost free, and they have everything you could want. They're so generous that it's almost a shame for startups and small businesses like ours, so I highly recommend them!

But.... lazy small businesses like ours have a tendency to want to include only the bare minimum of functions in the chat tools we use.
So I asked the CTO to develop a simple, lightweight tool...
"That's boring."
He lightly brushed it off.

A few weeks after I had given up on the matter,
Somehow, I managed to create an interesting business management tool that met all the requirements and added a little extra fun.

Liberogic's "Libero Grandpa👴" The super concierge grandpa is very capable.

Our company uses Slack (which has recently been overshadowed by Teams 😢, thank you Salesforce) as a communication tool, and when we arrive at work, the first thing we do is type the command "start" into the relevant channel, Liberozee.

Then, your Google Calendar schedule will be displayed like this and you can start working.

Try typing "task task break" to see what tasks you need to do.

When you do this, it will be displayed on a dedicated screen like this when you start work. You can also express your mindset when you are busy or when you have free time (I can help others with their work!).

When you want to move on to the next task, just type in a command like "task Liberogic site follow" and the corresponding task will change.It's truly real-time chat attendance management!

By the way, Google's Firebase is recording all the data in the background, so each employee's work status is plotted on a spreadsheet like this. This is perfect for submitting documents to the Labor Standards Inspection Office!

When it's time to leave work, just type "end" and the daily report recording screen will appear like this! Now it's time to write your daily report!

Our company has a super flexible policy (can't everyone read the work regulations?...We're not a black company, so we can't apply for 36...), so we can work at any time we like, and the closing of all work starts at 5am.

This is where generative AI (OpenAI API) comes in.

Our concierge, Grandpa Libero, encourages us on our achievements in the daily reports (Notion) that everyone writes.

After using the app for a while, it seems like people are getting bored of seeing only old men.
Every Friday, Miss Libero, Grandpa Libero's granddaughter, will be appearing.
Now that she encourages me in gal slang, my weekends are even more fun!

Meanwhile, Miss Libero's boyfriend also showed up. He cheered me on in a Cheekiracho tone, but I don't really understand what he's saying lol

Well, it may seem like I'm just joking around, but it's actually quite useful because it allows me to see everyone's schedules and the various tasks of each staff member at a glance! (This is a recent development! Viva Notion's chart function!)
As the number of contract-based projects is increasing, it's now easy to compare the estimated construction period with the actual construction period!

The development of technology is accelerating the excitement! It's sad to see legacy programming work decline, but it's more fun to see various technologies and services continue to develop.

Moore's Law? Singularity? Paradigm shift? Putting aside such talk, we will always follow the trend and pursue convenience.
