Slack (chat tool) integration
The content sent through the email form will be posted in a dedicated room in the chat tool used in daily work.

The content posted will be automatically sorted by the generation AI and generated as a summary.
What's more, important content will automatically receive a message recommending a reply! (This is convenient!)
This allows staff to quickly identify important issues and respond appropriately.
Since the responsible parties can discuss with each other in each chat thread, the next action can also be decided in the chat room, allowing for smooth progress.
* Regarding personal information
When using OpenAI's API, the content you provide will not be used to train AI models or improve our services. It will be retained for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse and misuse, after which it will be deleted.
Notion (database) integration
The contents of emails are stored in Notion's database, allowing you to view the entire picture.

Since all inquiry data is stored in a database, there is no need to check it using a traditional email client, making for efficient and stress-free business management.
(Since it's Notion, you could turn it into a customer management database and turn it into a simple marketing assistant!)

This email form mechanism can be applied not only to Slack, but also to other tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, databases, SharePoint, and spreadsheets.
