Liberogic Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is engaged in the planning, production, development, and operation of websites, and recognizes that protecting the personal information, individual numbers, and specific personal information of customers, business partners, employees, etc. is an important responsibility.     2. Method of verifying that the person making the disclosure request is the individual or their representative
      1. The person requesting disclosure, etc. will be identified by the person in charge of the complaints desk using the documents required to verify the identity of the person requesting disclosure, etc.
      2. The person requesting disclosure, etc. will be confirmed as an agent by the Complaints Desk Manager using documents verifying the identity of the person requesting disclosure, as well as documents verifying the agent's relationship with the person subject to disclosure as set out below for both voluntary and legal representatives (guardian of a minor, guardian of an adult, or person with parental authority).
